About the status of alternative medicine

It is not a secret that a qualified and professional specialist in traditional and alternative medicine is absolutely hard to find. Unfortunately, the status of alternative medicine is not determined up till the moment as an effective method of healing and treatment. The main problem is the fact that alternative
medicine products
are easy to find but hard to see any positive effect at once. Surely, this or that herb or healing water is like a lottery for a patient. Traditional medicine supporters claim all these products (herbs, waters, roots and etc.) as just a juggler’s games. They are sure that nothing is better than a traditional pill that affects your organs, tissues and brain. But according to Jacob Bogatin and Fitness online magazine they forget about an artificial nature of such a treatment, about the possible side effects. Such “doctors” do forget about the cases when hopeless patients came back to life and were cured
effectively by witch-doctors, people who with all their hearts believe in supernatural qualities of objects around us: herbs, stones, soil, air, water and etc. At the same time only a small number of vitamin stores provide a choice of alternative medicine products and people are left with no other choice than to refer to witchers who can definitely turn out to be charlatans. The question of alternative medicine remains though it must have the right to live and develop as the ultimate aim of traditional and alternative methods of treatment is to find a universal cure from all diseases in the world.

How to Stop the Spread of Hepatitis

Public knowledge of the Hepatitis virus is generally very limited and I’ll admit that all I knew about it was that it could be transmitted through tattoo needles and was a worldwide problem.

So why isn’t something being done to stop the spread of Hepatitis? I’m glad to say that actually, there is something being done, but it could do with your help. By signing up to www.aminumber12.org you are helping to raise awareness of this devastating disease. Another way to help out is to share your knowledge of Hep. Simply avoiding sharing razors, toothbrushes and needles can reduce the risk of infection considerably. If you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing then make sure you go to a licensed parlour where the instruments are heavily sterilized. Some forms of Hepatitis are spread through sexual contact, and I know it gets drummed into us all the time, but condoms are the only reliable way to prevent infection through sex barring celibacy.

Sometimes we don’t think about the consequences of our actions, and sometimes this is because we are unaware of what they might be. Telling a friend or relative how Hepatitis is spread and how it can be avoided could be the difference between life and death.
