Drinking 8 glasses of water everyday is a healthy habit. Yup! And I do this too, to be fit and healthy.

Since I was a kid, I drink at least 8 glasses of water and even more than the minimum when I feel like my tonsils are swollen or I’m gonna catch a cold.

A friend of mine told me that she has a different habit, which is according to her, a healthier one! She drinks extra 750 ml of water in the morning before breakfast, aside from the recommended daily intake of 8 glasses. In this habit, it allows the body to use only the 750ml of water to flush away all the toxins that the body has. All the unwanted substances in the body are washed away when you perspire or urinate after drinking, I tried to do the same and I felt more refreshed after drinking that much liquid just after jumping out of bed.

There are a lot of benefits when you drink enough water everyday. It cleanses the body by washing away toxins and other unwanted substance. Because of this, our skin becomes clearer and fairer = less pimples and it also replenishes the lost minerals when we perspire after a physical activity = a healthier body..

Drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day is a healthy habit. Just be careful not to drown yourself with water more than what the body needs. Or else minerals which are equally important to the body will be drowned too.
